Something to Consider:

“Whatever good things we build end up building us.” – Jim Rohn

Something to See:

This week I had the opportunity to travel to Charlotte, NC for the annual Social Retail Conference (SRC). But what the heck is that actually?

Mini-Me and @leavehercreative

The SRC conference is an event with Mōdere that is designed to educated entrepreneurs on the art of developing an online based Side-Gig. For every person that likes to roll their eyes at the concept of having an “Internet Based Business”, there were about 5000 people in attendance that had the time of their lives.

Now what is in Charlotte that I found interesting? It wasn’t NASCAR (but that might be cool), and I missed the parade… but some American History! This city has some rich history around their struggles with the British during the American Revolution. Signs are erected along the streets where historic events occurred which created quite the immersion into days of the past.

Being Canadian, we are VERY under-educated about history to the south. This is something we need to be aware of as we so quickly poke fun at their lack of education about our country.

Oh, and did I mention we checked out a good old-fashioned Speakeasy? Stuck down in the basement of a pub, it was an original establishment from Prohibition that stuck around and became quite the Jazz club. Apparently B.B. King had made an appearance on stage…

Something to Endure:

Do you like travelling? Sure, we all do! But who really loves airports? I was stuck in the Minneapolis airport for 5 hours and did a little writing while keeping my mental sanity. Let me know if you can relate!

Something to Learn About:

Despite the fact we are in the 21st century, it is still fascinating that women’s health is considered such a misunderstood topic.

Yes… I’m a man… and YES, Men’s Health is important too… but right now, let’s address women’s health for THREE reasons.

  • First is that this month just had International Women’s Day.
  • Second, the majority of my patients are women.
  • Third, there is a new solution for women who struggle with hormones.

Now, I’m not a doctor, nor do I play one on the internet, so don’t take this as a prescription, recommendation or diagnosis. Mōdere recently announced two new women’s health products that have been changing lives. Check them out below, and Click HERE if you want more details! I’m just a short message away!
